Setting Realistic Expectations for Your Psilocybin Journey
At Quest Therapeutics, we understand the significance of both preparation and integration phases, which are critical to the psilocybin experience. During the preparation phase, our facilitators take the time to get to know you and your intentions for the journey. We consider your internal coping resources and your social support systems. Following your journey experience, we help you explore the meaning you derive from your experiences via an integration plan. Our goal is to ensure you are positioned for safety and well-being before, during, and following your journey. For some clients, this might involve working with a licensed therapist. In such cases, we maintain a list of community providers with whom you can connect for ongoing integrative psychotherapy. If you already have a therapist, we are more than happy to collaborate with them to enhance your therapy.
What are licensed psilocybin facilitation services in Oregon?
It's essential to recognize that psilocybin facilitation services in Oregon are not intended as a substitute for mental health therapy. If you have mental health concerns or are seeking diagnosis and treatment for a specific condition, we recommend consulting a licensed mental health professional. We are here to provide a unique and supportive environment for your psilocybin experiences, but we encourage you to prioritize your mental health needs by seeking appropriate therapy or counseling services when necessary.
Embarking on Our Journey at Quest Therapeutics in Bend, Oregon
I completed my psilocybin facilitation training through Fluence. There’s a lot of training programs out there, and I chose Fluence because it focused its efforts on training licensed mental health and medical providers. It has considerable emphasis on the empirical literature and ethical psychedelic therapy practice, as multiple of Fluence’s lead trainers have been part of the clinical trials in both psilocybin and MDMA facilitated therapy. I finished my program in August, and I will be licensed as a psilocybin facilitator in the coming several months. Please be in touch if you may be interested to join our waitlist!
